The stairs at this location are very poorly lit and present a significant safety hazard, particularly during the night. Also due to the van that parks there, makes it a challenge to use the steps safely - little to no light on the steps and no handrail.

    These public steps on Primrose Close are dangerous and with no hand rail. The van which is always parked there in the evening adds to the danger
