Road breaking up badly

While you’re out assessing my previous report, please also take a look at the area opposite The Marches junction. I do not recall there being an issue here before it was “fixed” around six months ago, yet now the road surface is in terrible condition.

It’s frustrating to see repairs being carried out where they may not have been needed, only for the road to deteriorate rapidly afterward. If anything, this suggests that the initial work was either unnecessary or not executed to a proper standard.

This situation needs to be addressed with a lasting solution, rather than another short-term patch that will inevitably break down again in a few months.
