Sent to Birmingham City Council less than a minute later

Unofficial cones placed along the curbs restricting parking along witton lodge road thursday and fridays. There are NO parking restrictions or lines.

I had an email to say the area has been checked and no cones found BUT the cones are ONLY out Thursday PM and Friday AM's and are being put out those times only.
