My wife used the overflow parking at the Spendlove Centre on 19th November 2015 and when leaving the site the bottom of our mini scraped the curb and ripped the jack point from the car. This also damaged the plastic underside. On reviewing the site today I have noted that the concrete ramp only cover half of the parking space. Therefore when cars are parked either side where the double yellow lines are faded, it makes it extremely difficult to leave the overflow car park.
