Drain full of gravel and mud

The drain on the Main Road B3354 at the northern side of the junction of Woodland Drove has been blocked by debris washed down Woodland Drove. It was reported several weeks ago but has either not been cleared or has become blocked again. Water pools and southern bound traffic cause splashing across the pavement making it difficult for pedestrians to pass when vehicles do not see pedestrians emerging from Woodland Drove - or do not avoid the puddle due to incoming traffic.
