Vehicle activated speed sign inappropriately placed

Hi RBC A vehicle activated speed sign appears to have been erected outside one of houses . Can the council please explain the reason for the location of this camera as it is facing traffic coming from the west ie up the hill towards Edgehill St. Very few vehicles speed going in this direction - the issue with speeding is for vehicles using Alpine St as a short cut from Southampton St. Can this be moved to a more appropriate place - I suggest at the end of the flat bit before the hill down Alpine st. More importantly it needs to face the correct direction ie picking up speeding traffic going east to west
