Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7181899.

Fence and post collapsed onto grass verge causing hazard for dogs and other walkers, it has been down for several weeks. No sign of anyone taking responsibility.
