Road disintegrating at busy junction

The section of road at the turning from Renfrew Road into Hospital Boulevard is disintegrating. Buses regularly drive over this area of the road, which is probably why it is so bad. It is bad enough to break a car's coil spring, or to cause a cyclist to have a fatal crash.
