Post or sign leaning slightly (less than 20 degrees) problem

We have been made aware by a resident that there is an “abandoned” road works sign. We thought you may wish to collect it and have it back rather than our waste contractor collecting it and disposing of the sign. If you would like us to dispose of the sign please let me know.
