Keep left sign broken/damaged

The keep left sign in the middle of the road is so damaged that the reflective surface can no longer been seen at night. This is exasperated by the fact that whilst driving along (south east bound) the dark, fast road (50mph, with no street lights) there are bright lights from the sports ground in front of you. It would be very easy to hit the sign in error, which may have happened to the sign in the first place.
