    Rubbish from cafe and foot clinic dumped on the pavement. This is disgusting. Bags are picked open each night by birds and foxes and encouraging rodents. Please fix

    This corner continues to be a local dumping ground for bin bags and general rubbish. Food waste bags continue to be left out overnight encouraging vermin, foxes and birds to pick them open and leaves rotting food strewin over the pavement. How can this problem be solved? It’s an eyesore and disgusting.
