Footpath FP-18

The stretch of footpath FP-18 In Nether Wallop from the junction with Heathman Street to the first foot bridge suffers from flooding and is often impassable due to the poor state of the ground conditions. I am not sure what the answer is, but can the path be assessed and remediation works be scheduled please?
