Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7171945.

Due to a Road closure on Heol Ddu this week the Black Rubbish 🗑 bags that are picked up every 3 weeks have not been collected, could you possibly send somebody around to collect next week a.s.a.p please as it's an eye sore.
