Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7170354.

Since making area a no loading area, which is a good thing at school drop off/ pick up times, there has been no provision made for disabled blue badge holders Can this be discussed and hopefully rectified for us disabled drivers, especially when we want to take our children to the council park on Hammond Way
