Blocking footpath 54 Caernarvon crescent

This red vehicle has been blocking the footpath night and day since Christmas the cars just sitting there we have elderly people and disabled people with wheelchairs and crutches that have been struggling as the pavement is blocked they are blocking both path ways with vehicle and school children that use the path to access school across the road unfortunately walking in road is not a option because of other vehicles coming to and from the streets at a speed of we can get the to park at the end of the path would be better like other households that have more then one vehicle

    The same household 54 have now taken to putting their other car blocking the path from this way aswell totally blocks not allowing pedestrians to use path way at all
