Wooden stock pallets, black bags on pavement

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping category anonymously at 17:52, Thursday 20 February 2025

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7164174.

Reported before, now growing pile - at least 4 pallets with fresh black bags loaded on top lying outside vacant shops.

If the pallets are not 'abandoned' then they are not being put out within an uplift time slot (and taken back inside if not uplifted.

Commercial waste should be in branded bags.

So, what exactly does it take for the council a) to remove them? b) carry out commercial enforcement?

Given the shops are closed, I suspect it is serial offender Qasioun who have two shops nearby and always have waste on the pavement here.

Thanks.
