Pothole has returned

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7162306.

And here we are AGAIN some dodgy useless cowboy council worker chucks in a load of tar into a dirty great hole and it all comes back out within a week of being filled, fed up of complaining, maybe the police should be informed as it’s a hazard to property and people.
