Loose .manhole cover

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7162057.

After there being a loose manhole cover for about a week, the problem finally being fixed yesterday. Today the same manhole cover is loose! Great work there. Its on the A149 at Potter heigham on the bridge.
