Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7160099.

Parking meters still.out of order. It is unfair to force people to use a 3rd party service to pay for parking as they charge additional fees. Will be reporting this trend around RBC area to the media now as it just doesn't seem right ot fair.
