Traffic island

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights category anonymously at 20:48, Wednesday 19 February 2025

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7159676.

So with the traffic lights being renewed at the bottom off Pitt Street I have an issue with the traffic lights facing Bishop place as that whole junction confuses me so there's lights facing Waterloo street for cars but there's no traffic light facing Bishop place I have an issue with the traffic island being there is there a traffic light column pole going into this traffic island or is nothing going onto the traffic island because I have issues with safety when a car does come out Bishop place and left onto Pitt Street it's only a blue one way left arrow and a give way sign is this going to be rectified to a traffic light or nothing because I fear my safety reasons for the new bike lane turning into Waterloo street from Pitt Street it's one that I don't think shall be safe for road, bikes and off course traffic this junction itself is like a mixed feeling of death crossing here at this location.
