Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7158354.

Litter bin at Bus Stop opposite the main entrance to Royal Holloway College overflowing onto the pavement, needs emptying. Has been like that for days. Litter needs picking up there and near bin at the bus stop by the College entrance. Very unsightly.
