Number 26 Alicia Way are continuously leaving their rubbish underneath the archway. Food and soiled nappies are attracting rats, birds and cats which is being distributed across the road. Several attempts have been made to confront them about this issue but they refuse to answer the door. I have 2 young children who play out in that area and it is unhygenic and makes the place look untidy and will only continue as they are still adding rubbish bags to the area.
