Cliff street has too many hmo and student accommodation 4x hmo 3 student accommodation No 12 has 4xcars and a van to 1 property No 1 has 3x cars students No 4 has 2 x cars No 11 has 1 car and a van No 19 is Airbnb for workers 3xrooms 3xcars or vans No 20 hmo 3xrooms so 3 cars So people who live in street for years carnt park in street Liverpool city council need to stop homes in small streets from becoming hmo or student accommodation
