Dear sir/madam

I reported a problem with leafs on Peterswood Hill before, they are worse now and extremely slippery, both on the pavement and in the road. They are so slippery in the road, that it is impossible to ride my bike up, as the wheels keep slipping. I'm also worried about my very elderly neighbour who walks there every day to get her shopping etc.
