The condition of this road is an absolute disgrace. It is riddled with potholes, collapsing grids, and previously repaired/excavated areas in the centre of the road are disintegrating. Driving it is an exercise in avoiding car-damaging hazards, which is a danger in itself as one's mind is not fully on the overall driving picture. Goodness knows how anyone on two wheels navigates this potential death trap of a road, which is a major bus route. To be avoided if at all possible.
