This is dangerous please visit the site asap. 1) Water is pouring onto road and freezing in cold weather 2) Water is coming from damaged ducting surrounding what looks like an armoured electric cable, only a couple of inch’s deep. 3) The water is pooling further down Upton end and is contributing to localised flooding of road and house when it rains. Drains also blocked further down from new path.
