This issue is not resolved and requires urgent action. The crossing is a key access point to/from a local GP surgery, school, park and play area and community shops. The volume of near misses due to drivers not snowing or seeing the crossing is horrendous and is only a matter of time before a serious accident occurs.

I reported this last year to be advised it would be acted upon. No action was taken. After yet another near miss with my son yesterday, I took a new photo and see I’m not the only complainer. This crossing is DANGEROUS. It is well used by school children and we have had a handful of near misses recently due to drivers shooting through. Please repaint urgently before someone gets knocked down.

An update is not required, you need to action the painting of this crossing urgently - it's an essential route to a GP practice, there are daily near misses here because the markings have worn away. Please action this urgently - you have inspected it already and deemed it needed doing.

We've investigated this enquiry and believe it relates to the same issue that we've seen via a separate enquiry and appropriate action has already been taken. For example, a job may have been raised with our contractors for repair or the issue is not the responsibility of Bristol City Council.
