Street is sinking with lot of waves small pot holes

The road is a bendy one and had lots of waves in it and a small pit holes its sinking and is increasing every day because of many cars and large vehicles are using it . It had many patches different colours all are getting down , I am afraid one day it will open as a big hole engulfing large areas please send some one to fix it many thanks .
