Loose manhole cover making a lo loud clattering sound every time traffic drives over it. Very annoying and disruptive to nearby residents. It is on the lane furthest from the Hillyfield turning on Hilland road, slightly further up from the pedestrian crossing lights. It has been doing this for quite a few months now.
