Road breaking up on mini-roundabout

Road surface is breaking up - particularly effecting traffic NW-bound coming to the mini roundabout on Perry Hall Road.

    Photos attached. I suspect this bit of road is wearing badly because the mini roundabout is on a steep incline with cars stopping then accelerating up a hill at this junction.
