Extra-large vehicle parked and restricting traffic

There is a very large vehicle (like a car transporter) NU61 DZJ which has been parked here for a few weeks, significantly restricting the traffic flow into the area. Due to its placement near the roundabout, there is very little space for traffic to wait - also it's difficult to get a clear view past and it is making that area of road quite dangerous to navigate.
