Large Crater not Pothole!

There is a large crater in the road on the Milton Interchange, I was taking the Oxford exist and due to driving in the evening this crater was not visible nor avoidable for my manoeuvre to take the exist. I drove over this with my passenger side which was not the best and luckily the tire did not puncture nor did the car get stuck in the crater. This needs URGENT attention, please do not delay! You cannot take a photo of this as it's un safe to do so.
