The path that goes from Linnets Park down in to Mason Street and the busway has bushes on one side which are full of litter, dumped cans, dog excrement bags hanging on tree branches. This is a health hazard and causing the presence of rats on the apartment car park. I have requested bins here numerous times yet they have still not been installed
