Double Yellow Lines Required - Insurfficient room for emergency vehicles to pass

This is a very busy area and there are numerous vehicles parked on both sides of a narrow road making it impossible for emergency vehicles and in particular fire engines to access properties in the event of an emergency. Double yellow lines in the area would reduce the onroad parking making the area safer.
