Tree next to post box needs Pruning as all the street level branches trap litter

The tree on the corner of Lennard and Cator road (next to the post box) needs Pruning as all the street level spiky small. Ranches are trapping litter which is unsightly and unhygienic

Contractor has not attended site. This area is no smelling due to the dog waste in the heat. Can this be addressed as promised?

This hasn't been addressed one month after.reporting it. There are now several dog waste bags which have been dumped . Can this be cleared out as it's really starting to smell
