Pothole back already

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7149708.

The pothole was filled 2 weeks ago and it is already falling out. Whoever filled the hole must have just shovelled some tarmac into the hole and drove off the tarmac was not vibrated and packed down as were the others around Horley and Hornton area done at the same time. I trust the Highways will make the company repair these holes asap at no cost.
