Noisy manhole cover on A417 Park Road

Not much to see here but the manhole surround and gully are breaking up and the cover is loose, making a very loud bang whenever a vehicle goes over it. Its position in the road means that's nearly every offside wheel. It's only going to get worse if not repaired soon.
