Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7147424.

Hi I used Car Haven parking 15/02/25 entered at 11.24 exited at 13.07 paid at machine no receipt given approached exit barrier ,and 2nd payment requested at barrier so I have been double charged receipt given at barrier x2 payments taken from my account .please advise how to obtain refund
