Hi I live at 36 Westward Rd, Uplands, Bristol BS13 8DB. I appear to have encountered over time two broken kerbs outside my property. It's been getting worse over the last few months and my concern it was lopsided so much it was sticking 15cm out of the ground so it's definitely a health and safety issue.
