Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7143652.

The whole of the Alkham Valley Road is littered with rubbish. All the way from Folkestone to Kearsney Abbey It looks awful. Is there any plans to clean it up??
