"road closed" sign (relating to Kidmore Road closure) missing from Shepherds Lane.

"diversion" sign on Shepherds Lane (telling drivers to turn right into Woodcote Way) missing. Traffic continuing to Kidmore Road, which is closed with no space for large vehicles to turn round.
