Edinburgh Rd-Woolston Ave shortcut, Congleton

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7142474.

The Beartown Rickshaw (see our website) takes those with limited mobility due to age or disability from their residence to traffic-free places in and around Congleton, and back home again.

Unfortunately we cannot use the traffic-free shortcut between Edinburgh Rd and Woolston Ave due to railings that the rickshaw does not fit through.

Can anything be done to amend this barrier please?
