Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7142145.

Seems to have taken over the entire run of galvanised barriers outside his shop as an advertising display. Started with just one or two bikes, now it's a full range of goods.

There is enough clutter (overflowing Taylor bins etc) at this narrow, busy location without this added clutter, especially as he also uses an (acceptable) area of the pavement already for an outside display. Give them an inch etc.
