Road marking in wrong place causing car to hit curb

Reported via desktop in the Road Marking category anonymously at 13:58, Sun 16 February 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7141906.

Baths Rad was recently resurfaced and the road marking has been put too far over causing drives who turn left into Baths Road to hit the curb and damage their wheels. eg: When a car turns out of Baths Road on to Southlands Road, the car is positioned close to the centre line which means anybody turning left from Southlands Road into Baths Road at the same time, can't turn into the road properly without hitting curb which curves out into the road quite a bit. It was never an issue before the resurfacing because the road marking was positioned further over, allowing cars to turn in wider out. My wheel has twice caught the curb and caused damage. Hopefully that all makes sense. I am only visiting Virgin gym in the evenings when it is dark so not really able to take a photo.
