Missing culvert cover

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7139685.

Probably happened today. The heavy metal culvert cover has been removed. We have searched but found nothing. It has left a large hole approx 2ft x 1.5 ft and 2 ft deep. We have put bollards around it.
