This has been there weeks according to local residents it is extremely dangerous a cyclist or motorcyclist could have easily died reported before by others my pinned location is only approximate. I am unable to walk and measure its exact location as i have had a recent knee replacement. photo taken whilst in the recovery vehicle travelling up the hill. at circa 20:00 hrs one cannot stop there as it is a busy fast moving road it is in a portion of the road that is two way before the one way section
