Broken BT manhole trip/fall gazzard

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7137574.

The BT cover on the pavement is broken and collapsing. A red barrier has been placed around it but it’s been like this for weeks and blocks the pavement for disabled access especially. Trip and fall hazard.
