Uneven paving

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/Cycleway category anonymously at 16:17, Friday 14 February 2025

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7135750.

The site is opposite Reginald Mitchell Court an independent assisted living accommodation. Several complaints have been received about the uneven foot paths, in this area. The pavement slabs are cracked and broken and there is fear of them causing a fall and/or stumble to pedestrians. This is also the main thoroughfare to the shops and adjacent to bus stops. It is well used by students, parents with pushchairs, and elderly. Considering the heavy foot traffic in the area, the paved area is unsafe from a health and safety view point.
