Grips on either side of the Road blocked

There are three ‘grips’ on either side of the road that are designed to let rainwater coming down the hill drain away into fields rather than continue into village. All grips are severely blocked and rainwater can’t access them, thereby causing flooding in the village further down. Grips have not been dug out and cleared for a few years
