Parking outside zoned area. Obstruction of pavement where prams are pushed onto private land but access road.

There are no double yellow lines, but the rear end of the car encroaches on a zoned area. The purple haired traffic warden was rude and unconcerned, reported she was cold and wanted her tea break (14/2/25) She stated she would do nothing as there were no double yellow lines. Please could double yellow lines be added to make it clear that vehicles should not be parked here obstructing pedestrian and pram access to the pavement.
